Ingredients
  • 2 cups of gooseberries
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup sliced onion
Method
  • Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • Cook over medium high heat to 15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving cup.
  • Serve hot or cold.
