2 cups of gooseberries
1 teaspoon curry
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 oranges
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup sliced onion
Method
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Cook over medium high heat to 15 minutes.
Transfer to a serving cup.
Serve hot or cold.
