In the bowl of a food processor grind or shredd each cheese. Then place all the ingredients into the food processor and process for 10 seconds at a time until allmos all the ingredients are blended. Transfer the mix to a bowl.
Mix more if needed. Place the cheese mixture over plastic wrap and form a ball. Then press on the top sides to make it more slender on top. It will look lik a pyramid; this way it will stand.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Then take a pineapple and ckut the the top leaves leaving some pineapple to pluck into the cheese and hold itself up. See picture.
When ready to serve, peel off the plastic from the cheese. Add some smoked paprika to is and mark it with a spoon. Make a whole in the top center and place the pineapple leaves there. Serve.
