Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon toasted cumin seeds-op
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • paprika or cayenne pepper pinch
  • 2 tablespoons garbanzo cooking liquid
Method
  • Place chickpeas in a colander and run water over the beans to remove the excess salty brine.
