Ingredients
2 cups drained garbanzo
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon toasted cumin seeds-op
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
paprika or cayenne pepper pinch
2 tablespoons garbanzo cooking liquid
Method
Place chickpeas in a colander and run water over the beans to remove the excess salty brine.
Transfer beans to a processor or power blender bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process to a smooth paste.
