Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoon Pachi Chai spices
  • 1 pound of Wild rice
Method
  • Place chai spices and oil in a pan at medium heat and cook for 10 seconds or until the mix becomes aromatic. Immediately remove from the heat
  • Add the rice, water and oil. Bring to a boil. Cover and set aside to cook for 20 minutes.
