Ingredients
  • 4-ounces fresh sushi-grade tuna
  • 2 tablespoon favorite Basic Balsamic or Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette (pg. 51)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon wasabi (optional)
  • Pinch of dark sesame seeds
  • Creamy Balsamic
  • Balsamic vinegar (dark or white) 1 tablespoon
  • Honey or sugar substitute ¼ teaspoon
  • Low-fat Yogurt Spread or Greek Yogurt (pg. 39) 4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Method
  • Cut tuna into thin slices or dice. Place in a non-reactive bowl. Add vinaigrette, sesame oil and wasabi if desired and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with lettuce leaves to use as wrappers.
