Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced salmon
  • 2 cups cooked bowtie pasta
  • 2.5 cups sliced fennel, raw
  • 2 cups broccoli stems
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1.5 cups grapefruit slices
  • 2 tablespoons italian dressing
Method
  • Cook the pasta and add 1 tablespoon of dressing; cool pasta and set aside.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients.
  • Serve and add the remaining 3 tablespoons of dressing.
