Ingredients
2 cups diced salmon
2 cups cooked bowtie pasta
2.5 cups sliced fennel, raw
2 cups broccoli stems
1 diced avocado
1.5 cups grapefruit slices
2 tablespoons italian dressing
Method
Cook the pasta and add 1 tablespoon of dressing; cool pasta and set aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Serve and add the remaining 3 tablespoons of dressing.
