Take-out in a separate container & wrap to eat.
Ingredients
ΒΌ avocado, to place over chipotle
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 slices whole grain cinnamon raisin bread
1 whole roasted chipotle pepper, chopped to spread on one side of one slice bread
2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt (to spread on the other slice of bread)
1 cup spinach, raw washed
1/2 green apple, sliced thin
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
Method
Toast bread slices if desired.
Mix yogurt and walnuts; spread over one slice of bread.
Place avocado, cilantro and apple over the yogurt mixture. Add chicken, place whole pepper over it and cover with the other slice of bread.
Cut in half and enjoy!
