Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo water
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons oats
Method
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process 15 seconds
  • Cook on an oil sprayed sauteĢ pan or panini type grill over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with cheese and berries.
  • Serve with sweet or savory ingredients; i.e. apples, peachs, feta or ricotta.
