Defrost under runing water, 10 m.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or tangerine
  • 3 pound salmon filet
  • 2 tablespoon grated red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 scallions, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 cans tangerine sliced in juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons orange peel
Method
  • Place salmon on a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add crushed mandarin slices. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Bake in a preheated 220°F oven for 20 minutes or in a 475°F oven for 12 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce, serve it with sauce and tangerine slices.
