1.2 lbs pork chops
6 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons Zaata
2 lemons, his zest
6 ounces yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh pepper corns or 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 rosemary sprigs in leaves
1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
Mix or process all ingredients. Slather over each steak and allow to season for 10-15 minutes or overnight. You can freeze them like this if desired.
Bake in preheated oven at @425°F for 10-14 mins or until the internal temperature if 160°F, 8 mins in an Airfryer @360°F or Radiant heat
