Ingredients
  • 2 bunch of asparagus
  • a piece of salt and pepper
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
Method
  • Cut the ends of the asparagus. Add salt pepper and oil. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes, remove from the oven and set aside or serve with mango dressing.
  • Blend all the ingredients of the dressing and set aside.
