Ingredients
2 bunch of asparagus
a piece of salt and pepper
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped basil
1 1/2 cup chopped mango
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Cut the ends of the asparagus. Add salt pepper and oil. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes, remove from the oven and set aside or serve with mango dressing.
Blend all the ingredients of the dressing and set aside.
