Ingredients
  • 2 bottle champagne
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
Method
  • Place cranberries, cinnamon, honey and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Cook in high for 10 minutes or until it has reduced by half the volume.
  • Remove from the heat; pass through a sieve and allow to cool.
  • Serve 1/2 tablespoon of cranberry concentrate into each cup of champagne, fill with champagne and share.
