Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole chicken defrosted
  • 4 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Chef Pachi's garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon dried herb
  • 4 tablespoons plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Method
  • Spread chimichurri sauce under the chicken’s skin,and over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and refrigerate one hour or overnight.
  • Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 1⁄2 hours or until it reaches and internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Remove from the oven, cut into the two breasts, leg and thigh. Remove the skin before eating or serving. Serve.
