Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
Method
  • Mix edamame with sesame oill, ginger and lime.
  • Cut the wraps into triangles. Form cones with them and use a toothpick so they hold. Place in a toaster oven or a hot oven for 2-3 minutes to lightly toast the wrap.
  • When ready to serve add seasoned edamame.
