Ingredients
1 cup cooked edamame
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
juice of 1 lime
1 whole wheat wrap
Method
Mix edamame with sesame oill, ginger and lime.
Cut the wraps into triangles. Form cones with them and use a toothpick so they hold. Place in a toaster oven or a hot oven for 2-3 minutes to lightly toast the wrap.
When ready to serve add seasoned edamame.
