Ingredients
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 24 oz Greek yogurt non fat
Method
  • Place egg, corn syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add pecans and mix, Into an 12 x 18 baking pan lined with foil and buttered or with a silipat. Sprinkle the oats and cinnamon on the pan as evenly as possible. Pour the pecan mix over the oats. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or untll set.
  • Allow the mix to cool for 10 minutes, cut and unmold.
  • Serve with yogurt.
