Ingredients
  • 4 oz. salmon filet
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill mustard
  • 1/4 bunch asparagus
Method
  • In a small pan place a piece of foil or baking paper. Mix garlic, olive oil, herb and peel and juice. Add to the salmon and asparagus (asparagus clean and without the woody parts) for 5 minutes
  • Place the salmon on the baking pan and Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes. Add the asparagus and cook with the salmon for for 7-8 minutes more. When ready, cover the salmon for 5 minutes and serve.
