Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs pork butt
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 oz of cider
Method
  • SEASON PORK WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS, OVERNIGHT
  • Place 1/2 cup of cider, beer or water into a PRESSURE COOKER (you can also use WATER WITH LIME AND GINGER, GINGER ALE, OR FRUIT JUICE). Cook at high pressure for 50 mintues
  • Do not release the pressure from the pressure cooker let it slowly let it out on its own.
  • Remove from the pot and with two forks, separate the tender cooked pork.
