Ingredients
1 large portobello, sliced
1 teaspoon pistacchio oil
1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon zahtar
1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper (1/2 bell pepper)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1.5 cups radicchio, sliced
Method
In a bowl mix all the seasonings.
Add the portobellos and mix; allow to stand 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
