Ingredients
  • 1 large portobello, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon pistacchio oil
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon zahtar
  • 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper (1/2 bell pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1.5 cups radicchio, sliced
Method
  • In a bowl mix all the seasonings.
  • Add the portobellos and mix; allow to stand 5 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
