Great mid morning snack with fruit
Night meal with salmon
Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons oatmeal
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 CUP garbanzo water or AQUAFABA
1/4 cup almond milk
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process 15 seconds
Pour 1/3 cup fulls into a non stick baking pan or into a panini grill and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Cook on an oil sprayed sauteĢ pan or panini type grill over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with cheese and berries.
Serve with sweet or savory ingredients; i.e. apples, peaches, feta or ricotta.
