Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup grated bell peppers
1/2 cup oats
1 pound ground beef, 96% lean
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 egg white
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon ginger
4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup almonds
MISSING TERIYAKI SAUCE
Method
Mix all the beef ingredients. Add almonds if using them.
In another bowl mix the teriyaki sauce ingredients.
Place beef in a 9x4x5 classic meat loaf pan. Spread with the teriyaki sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for for 45 min. Regular pan, 30 mins mini pan.
