Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon toasted cumin seeds-op
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup garbanzo cooking liquid
Method
  • Place chickpeas in a colander and run water over the beans to remove the excess salty brine.
