Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast strips
  • 8 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cups oats GF
  • 1/4 cup ground nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons oreganos
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Method
  • Season chicken tenders or breast pieces with the yogurt, salt and pepper. Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Mix oats, nuts, parmessan, oregano (the breading ingredients) in a bowl.
  • Bread the chicken with this mixture and place on a baking sheet. You can freeze them now.
  • In a preheated oven a bake the tenders at 425°F for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your tenders. (also can be frozen now, after being baked).
  • Serve.
