Season chicken tenders or breast pieces with the yogurt, salt and pepper. Let rest 5 minutes.
Mix oats, nuts, parmessan, oregano (the breading ingredients) in a bowl.
Bread the chicken with this mixture and place on a baking sheet. You can freeze them now.
In a preheated oven a bake the tenders at 425°F for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your tenders. (also can be frozen now, after being baked).
