Ingredients
  • 1/2 inch of thick ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon 5-ppice Powder
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves and sprigs (6 sprigs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 lime (its juice)
  • 1/2 cup diced Mango
Method
  • Dice MANGO; mince the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix or blend all ingredients in a bowl to create a chunky Salsa style side or sauce.
  • Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
