Ingredients
  • ½ cup cooked mashed Chickpeas (1 cup)
  • 1/8 th avocado
  • 2 ounce spinach leaves
  • 2 slices Gluten Free Nut Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of pine nuts and or sunflower seeds
  • 1 sprig of Rosemary
Method
  • Place all chickpeas and rosemary in a bowl or food processor until it can spread.
  • Arange all ingredients over the sandwich slices and serve.
