Ingredients
½ cup cooked mashed Chickpeas (1 cup)
1/8 th avocado
2 ounce spinach leaves
2 slices Gluten Free Nut Bread
1 tablespoon of pine nuts and or sunflower seeds
1 sprig of Rosemary
Method
Place all chickpeas and rosemary in a bowl or food processor until it can spread.
Arange all ingredients over the sandwich slices and serve.
