Ingredients
  • 2 pounds white fish
  • 2 tablespoons non fat yogurt
  • 1 cups oats GF
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
Method
  • Mix oats, nuts, herb, seasonings and in a bowl. Set aside as breadding.
  • Mix yogurt, herb, seasoning, salt and pepper and rub over the filet pieces.
  • Place fish over oats mixture and sprinkle some over them. Transfer each piece to an oiled or lined baking pan.
  • Cook at 425°F for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish.
  • To check whey they are ready, insert a fork, and they should easily flake, but should be moist. SO if they are a bit dry, cook them less next time.
