Ingredients
2 pounds white fish
2 tablespoons non fat yogurt
1 cups oats GF
2 tablespoons pesto
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Old Bay
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup almond meal
Method
Mix oats, nuts, herb, seasonings and in a bowl. Set aside as breadding.
Mix yogurt, herb, seasoning, salt and pepper and rub over the filet pieces.
Place fish over oats mixture and sprinkle some over them. Transfer each piece to an oiled or lined baking pan.
Cook at 425°F for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish.
To check whey they are ready, insert a fork, and they should easily flake, but should be moist. SO if they are a bit dry, cook them less next time.
