Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cooked edamame
  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red onion
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
Method
  • Place cooked, drained edamame in a small bowl.
  • Mince the rest of the ingredients and transfer to the bowl.
