Ingredients
  • 1 radicchio, sliced (approx 1.5 cups)
  • 20 brussels sprouts, sliced, ((approx 1.5 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • 2 limes
Method
  • Thinly slice the radicchio and Brussels sprouts.
  • Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve, Will loose volume during refrigeration.
