Ingredients
1/2 cup mango
2 limes
1/2 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup sliced radicchio
1/2 red pepper, roasted (1/4 cup
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean zaatar
1/2 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1/2 cup cooked cous cous
Method
In a bowl place oil, honey and curry. Add 1 tablespoon grapefruit juice and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
