Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sliced radicchio
  • 1/2 red pepper, roasted (1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean zaatar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 cup cooked cous cous
Method
  • In a bowl place oil, honey and curry. Add 1 tablespoon grapefruit juice and mix.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
