Ingredients
  • 1 cup pinto-beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cilantro in olive oil
Method
  • Place cooked, drained pinto beans in a small bowl.
  • Mince the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix all the ingredients and set aside refrigerated until ready to serve.
