Ingredients
  • 1 sliced white or yellow onion
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of fresh oreegano
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 whole chicken breast, cut in the center
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Method
  • Rub pesto, salt and pepper over breast. Mix nuts, oats and parmessan and sprinkle over breast.
  • Bake for 8 minutes at 8 in an Airfryer or NUWAVE OVen or 15 minutes at 400°F.
  • Mix yogurt and blue cheese, serve with celery sticks.
  • Arrange lettuce on plate and add balsamic.
  • Serve.
