Easy & Fast Freezable food
Defrost under runing water, 10 m.
Ingredients
1 sliced white or yellow onion
pinch pepper
pinch salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 sprigs of fresh oreegano
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 whole chicken breast, cut in the center
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Method
Rub pesto, salt and pepper over breast. Mix nuts, oats and parmessan and sprinkle over breast.
Bake for 8 minutes at 8 in an Airfryer or NUWAVE OVen or 15 minutes at 400°F.
Mix yogurt and blue cheese, serve with celery sticks.
Arrange lettuce on plate and add balsamic.
Serve.
