Ingredients
  • 2 chicken patties
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups grated cabbage
  • 1 cup salsa pico de gallo
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle dressing
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
Method
  • Mix cabbages, chipotle dressing and honey. Set aside.
  • Mix salsa and diced avocado.
  • Cook Patties in an Airfryer or in a Nuwave Oven for 8 minutes if frozen and 4 minutes if not frozen. In a pan cook for 2-3 minutes per side if not frozen. in a conventional oven Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes per side.
  • Add chipotle dressing to the bun. Serve Burger with Coleslaw and Avocado Pico de Gallo.
