Eat 1 cup of PNGW Salad with this food so it does not increase your blood sugar.
Ingredients
  • 1/8 th avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 oz spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle spread
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 3/4 cup canned black beans
  • 2 slices Whole grain Bread
Method
  • Toast bread slices if desired.
  • Placle chipotle spread over 1 bread and over it the avocado. Drizzle some lime juice and cilantro and spinach. Scoop out the amount of bean spread desired.
  • Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy!
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
