Eat 1 cup of PNGW Salad with this food so it does not increase your blood sugar.
Ingredients
1/8 th avocado
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 oz spinach
1 tablespoon chipotle spread
1 teaspoon lime juice
3/4 cup canned black beans
2 slices Whole grain Bread
Method
Toast bread slices if desired.
Placle chipotle spread over 1 bread and over it the avocado. Drizzle some lime juice and cilantro and spinach. Scoop out the amount of bean spread desired.
