Ingredients
3 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon dried herbs
2 grated carrots
3 pounds of skirt steak
1 tablespoon water
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 grated red pepper
Method
Rub the beef with mustard and herbs. Allow to sit 10 minutes.
Place all the remaining ingredients in the steam pressure cooker. Cook at high speed for 50 minutes.
Remove the beef from the pot and place it in a pan or platter where you can pull of the pieces with two forks. Once all the beef is into strips, transfer it back to the pot to mix.
Mix the beef with the sauce and serve.
TIP: is using ENTRAÑA Argentinian Cut, cook for 20 minutes. TIP: I used a pod of fresh peppercorns instead of pepper.
