Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 3 pounds of skirt steak
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 grated red pepper
Method
  • Rub the beef with mustard and herbs. Allow to sit 10 minutes.
  • Place all the remaining ingredients in the steam pressure cooker. Cook at high speed for 50 minutes.
  • Remove the beef from the pot and place it in a pan or platter where you can pull of the pieces with two forks. Once all the beef is into strips, transfer it back to the pot to mix.
  • Mix the beef with the sauce and serve.
  • TIP: is using ENTRAÑA Argentinian Cut, cook for 20 minutes. TIP: I used a pod of fresh peppercorns instead of pepper.
