Ingredients
  • 1 pound dry chickpeas
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons lime peel
  • 30 leaves of fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn flour
Method
  • Place cooked drained corn in a food processor and process to a spread texture. Approx 2 minutes in high.

Place on a crepe or pancake machine. Cook @medium heat for 3-4 min per side..or 3-4 min only if it has two heating elements. Place on an airfryer. Cook @390 for 6-8 min.
