½ pound purple Brussels sprouts, about 2& 1/2 cups
1 tablespoon tamari
Method
Cut the stem end of each Brussels sprout. Then make a cross cut on that end of each sprout so the center cooks through. You can also cut them in half or fourths.
Place sprouts on a baking pan and add the rest of the ingredients: lime juice, ginger, tamari, olive oil and honey. Turn and mix well so all the sprouts get seasoned. Bake at 350°F on a convection or 325°F regular oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked through.
Keep the wasabi on the side so each person adds it when the sprouts are served.
