Increase protein by serving w/ yogurt
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced thin
1 egg white, slightly beaten
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey, brown sugar or cooking sugar substitute
2 tablespoon slivered almonds
Method
Place egg white in a small bowl and beat to aerate it. Add banana slices, cinnamon, sugar or substitute and gently mix.
Transfer to an oil-sprayed small baking dish, sprinkle with almonds and bake in a preheated 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve alone or with Yogurt or Ice Cream (Dairy or Vegan)
