Ingredients
  • 1 banana, sliced thin
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey, brown sugar or cooking sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoon slivered almonds
Method
  • Place egg white in a small bowl and beat to aerate it. Add banana slices, cinnamon, sugar or substitute and gently mix.
  • Transfer to an oil-sprayed small baking dish, sprinkle with almonds and bake in a preheated 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve alone or with Yogurt or Ice Cream (Dairy or Vegan)
