Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 chopped black Kalamata olives (optional)
  • pinch pepper
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 whole grain 10-inch wraps, cut in half
Method
  • Slice cucumber and add salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Drain off all liquid from cucumbers, add Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan), olives and pepper, mix and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cut wraps into 8ths. Place wraps pieces in a toaster oven until lightly golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Place yogurt cucumber mix on a cup on the side and serve.
