Ingredients
3 ounces cooked chicken breast without skin, shredded
1 whole wheat grain wrap of 10 inches
1/4 cup onion chopped (cooked, cold)
1/4 cup green apple without skin, chopped or diced
2 tablespoons raisins, diced
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoon creamy wine vinegar (page 53)
1 curry sauce recipe
*Creamy wine vinegar
3 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 tablespoon white o red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
* Curry and Seasoning Sauce
2 tablespoon rainsins
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon aji sauce
Method
Place cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower, onions, apple, raisins, Madras Curry powder and dressing in a bowl and mix.
Spread over wrap and hold together with toothpick.
Serve cold or place in toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut into 3 parts and serve.
