Ingredients
  • 3 ounces cooked chicken breast without skin, shredded
  • 1 whole wheat grain wrap of 10 inches
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped (cooked, cold)
  • 1/4 cup green apple without skin, chopped or diced
  • 2 tablespoons raisins, diced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon creamy wine vinegar (page 53)
  • 1 curry sauce recipe
  • *Creamy wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon white o red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • * Curry and Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rainsins
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon aji sauce
Method
  • Place cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower, onions, apple, raisins, Madras Curry powder and dressing in a bowl and mix.
  • Spread over wrap and hold together with toothpick.
  • Serve cold or place in toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut into 3 parts and serve.
