Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped raisins
  • 2 Tablespoon Creamy Wine Vinaigrette (page....)
  • 1/4 cup diced, peeled green apple
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked onion, cooled
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast
  • one 10in wrap; ends cut after wrapping
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • *Creamy wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons white o red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar substitute
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method
  • Place cooked chicken, cauliflower, onions, apple, raisins, Madras Curry powder and dressing in a bowl and mix.
  • Spread over wrap and hold together with toothpick.
  • Serve cold or place in toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut into 3 parts and serve.
