Make in seconds iff cooked potatoes (Daniela's Fries) in the fridge
Ingredients
5 small un peeled russet potatoes (1pound)
1½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh herbs
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Method
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into 1⁄2-inch cubes. Place in a pot with water to cover them and 1 1⁄2 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain and discard the water; mash the potatoes with a fork.
Add butter, milk or Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan) to the mashed potatoes and
season with pepper; taste for salt and add more if necessary. Mix with a fork to a smooth consistency and serve.
