Place tomatoes on a foil covered baking pan. Mix pesto, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and drizzle over the tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper and cover; tranfer to a baking pan.
Cook in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes until very soft.
Blend with hot stock. Serve with Yogurt (Dairy or
Vegan).
