Low-fat Yogurt Spread or Greek Yogurt (pg. 39) 4 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Low Fat Yogurt
1 cup strained yogurt or Greek yogurt, plain unsweetened
½ cup white wine
Method
Sprinkle pecan halves with sugar or substitute, chili powder and spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven, remove from pan and set aside to cool.
Mix Greens with dressing, sprinkle with pecans and blue cheese and serve.
