Ingredients
  • 2 ounces tuna steak packed in water
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon minced scallion
  • 1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon Basic Creamy Wine Vinegar Dressing(page...) 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups butter Bibb lettuce
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • *Creamy wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons white o red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar substitute
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 cup strained yogurt or Greek yogurt, plain unsweetened
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 15 basil leaves
Method
  • Mix tuna, tomato, cucumber, celery and scallion with vinaigrette.
  • Add lettuce when ready to serve.
