Ingredients
2 ounces tuna steak packed in water
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon minced scallion
1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
3 tablespoon Basic Creamy Wine Vinegar Dressing(page...) 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup diced celery
2 cups butter Bibb lettuce
1 slice whole wheat bread
*Creamy wine vinegar
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons white o red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar substitute
pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Low Fat Yogurt
1 cup strained yogurt or Greek yogurt, plain unsweetened
½ cup white wine
15 basil leaves
Method
Mix tuna, tomato, cucumber, celery and scallion with vinaigrette.
Add lettuce when ready to serve.
