Ingredients
1½ cups lettuce, chopped
½ thinly sliced and seeded cucumber
½ thinly sliced zucchini
2 tablespoons Basic Creamy Wine Vinegar Dressing (pg. 52)
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
Creamy Balsamic
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar (dark or white)
¼ teaspoon Honey or sugar substitute
4 tablespoons Low-fat Yogurt Spread or Greek Yogurt (pg. 39)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Low Fat Yogurt
1 cup strained yogurt or Greek yogurt, plain unsweetened
½ cup white wine
15 basil leaves
3 thyme sprigs
½ tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
