Ingredients
½ pound piece of turkey breast, skinless 1 inch dice
1 garlic clove
1 sprig rosemary
1 tablespoon minced shallot
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Plain Yogurt
Method
Place garlic in the dry bowl of a processor and mince. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a ball forms. Remove from processor bowl and divide in two. Make two round balls, flatten to your desired thickness. Refrigerate the patties until ready to cook.
Cook the for 5 minutes on each side. (Cover the pan for faster cooking.) They should be fully cooked, 165°F.
Serve with 1 tablespoon Curry Cumin sauce or Blackberry Sauce. Serve with Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and wrap.
