Grind all herbs and spices, add oil and rub on steak.
Place flank or steak on a skillet over medium high heat.
To cook: FLANK... Cook for 3 to 6 minutes per side depending on desired doneness. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside for 6 minutes. Slice very thinly
on the cross grain and serve.
To cook: Rib Eye STEAK... Cook for 2 to 5 minutes per side depending on desired doneness. Cover and set aside for 3 minutes. Remove all visible fat and serve. (About half of the steaks are fat).
