Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
2/3 cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened
1/3 cup frozen blackberries, unsweetened
1 whole banana sliced, approx. 1 cup
1 teaspoon lime juice
Method
Process all ingredients (frozen fruit too) to a smooth texture.
If making popsicles, place them in ice cube or popsicle trays until frozen.
