Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup frozen blackberries, unsweetened
  • 1 whole banana sliced, approx. 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
Method
  • Process all ingredients (frozen fruit too) to a smooth texture.
  • If making popsicles, place them in ice cube or popsicle trays until frozen.
