Ingredients
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut or nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon honey.
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 whites
  • 2 slices whole wheat French bread
Method
  • Place egg white, yogurt, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with a fork to incorporate all ingredients well. Place bread slice onto mix and allow sitting for 2 minutes. Turn, prick with a fork and allow sitting for twominutesmore.Thebreadwillhaveabsorbedalmostallthemixture.
  • Place bread in a medium heated flat pan, sprayed with olive oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
  • Cut each slice into 4 triangles, serve with a small scoop °F goat cheese spread and 2 thin slices °F turkey salami.
