Increase protein by serving w/ yogurt-tofu
Ingredients
½ cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon oats
2 tablespoons minced raisins
4 tablespoons lightly toasted chopped pecans
½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg white
½ cup milk
1½ tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon vanilla
Method
IDEA! Serve each with 2 slices turkey bacon
Place flour, oatmeal, raisins, pecans, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Place egg white, milk and vanilla in another bowl and mix.
Pour liquids over solids and mix.
Cook on an oil sprayed sauté pan or panini type grill over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Serve with turkey bacon and fruit.
