Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced squash, cooked, warm
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala (pg. 67)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Garam Marsala
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 teaspoon cardamom
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon, or 1 cinnamon stick
Method
  • Blend squash, yogurt, thyme, Garam Marsala, salt and pepper to a smooth consistency.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature. Heat gently to prevent curdling
